Repairs
replacement of damaged ducting. anything tin, duct board and flex line. if we find anything broken or disconnected during inspection or during cleaning of ducting vents, we will have photos of any issues we find. if possible we can try and repair the same day If we don’t have the parts we will order and schedule a better time to return to make any and all repairs needed. any and all materials will be an added cost along with the labor needed to complete repairs.
Disinfectant Fogging Treatments
this is must have if you never had your system disinfected before. this product is a fogging agent designed to remediate any and all, mold mildew, cigarette smoke, after math of deceased animals. also clears out any viruses, bacteria and so much more to increase the quality of the air in your home or business
Dryer Vent Cleaning
We set up a vacuum outside the home when possible to create negative pressure inside the dryer vent. Once negative pressure is established, we run a beating bit (pictured in gallery with description) through the duct to loosen and remove lint from the interior walls. After the beating pass, we follow with either a forward- or reverse- bit that blows compressed air to propel lint and debris down the line into our vacuum. The dryer itself receives the same thorough cleaning using these techniques. Before we leave, we run the dryer to confirm it’s fully functional and that no lint or dust is exiting the vent.

Duct Cleaning
This service is priced per vent. Duct cleaning uses compressed air and “squid heads” to remove dust, debris, and grime from HVAC ducts.
Preparation: Seal registers, set negative air at an access point, and protect filters/sensitive parts.
Compressed-air agitation: High-pressure, pulsing air dislodges settled dust and light debris without harming ducts.
Squid-head scrubbing: Flexible, multi-tentacled rotary or cable brushes (soft polymers, nylon, or foam) conform to surfaces and remove stubborn grime, biofilm, and sticky deposits.
Debris capture: HEPA or filtered vacuums at the negative-air point remove loosened material; running squid head and vacuum together minimizes recontamination.
Inspection & finish: Inspect (visually or with camera), replace filters, reseal access points, and test airflow.
